Spacious and comfortable house with 5 bedrooms in prime location. Top floor (master bed, 2 childrens rooms, 1 guest room). Basement with guest room and office with futon. Open kitchen adjacent to dining room and living room with lounge area and flat screen TV. Office with 2 workspaces. Lovely garden incl. BBQ and dining al fresco for 12. We live in front of a large playground/park on a quiet road. 7 min bike ride to the beach and 15 min downtown Copenhagen. Close to Hellerup St. and Ryparken st.

I kælderen findes vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Populære strande Svanemøllen og Nordhavn strand ligger inden for 10 min kørsel. Fra 6 juli til 3 august lejes huset ud 1 uge ad gangen, fra lørdag til lørdag.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. In our house, you can relax in the living rooms, have breakfast on the veranda, and grill in the southwest-facing garden.
