Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

Get out and hike the Guanella Pass, visit the Central City casinos, or plan a day at Arapahoe Basin or Loveland Ski Area. After your adventures, fire up the gas grill or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub!

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

The Bread House in Silver Plume

Stay in a living ghost town! The Bread House is one of the original houses in Silver Plume, dating back to the 1880s. Recently remodeled, it's been brought back to life and we'd love to share it with you. The Bread House is a quiet, two-story house with plenty of space to spread out. It's a perfect respite after a day of skiing, hiking, rafting, or fishing, or just for a cozy getaway. We're located right off I-70 next to Georgetown, about 45 min from Denver, and 10 min to Loveland Ski Area.

The Lodge at Georgetown is a sophisticated, newly remodeled property nestled against the Georgetown mountainside. The property features a spacious kitchen, a living room with a bar for entertaining, a beautiful gas fireplace and views galore. The Main House has 2 bedrooms (each a king bed) and a loft with 2 twin beds. The adjacent Carriage House has a king bed, a kitchenette, ¾ bath & washer/dryer. You’ll enjoy the exterior courtyard which features a gas fire pit, grill and hot tub!

Clear Creek Retreat

House with mountain views , lake and a creek, has a private back patio with Pergola and Hot Tub (available May to November). Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The second floor has a large bedroom, full, queen and cabinet beds, a TV, fireplace and a double bathroom. Sleeping for up to 8. During the summer months, the owner may stay from time to time, in a separate adjacent apartment, renovating the garage interior.
