The property features a spacious kitchen, a living room with a bar for entertaining, a beautiful gas fireplace and views galore. The Main House has 2 bedrooms (each a king bed) and a loft with 2 twin beds. The adjacent Carriage House has a king bed, a kitchenette, ¾ bath & washer/dryer. You’ll enjoy the exterior courtyard which features a gas fire pit, grill and hot tub!

Clear Creek Retreat

House with mountain views , lake and a creek, has a private back patio with Pergola and Hot Tub (HOT TUB ONLY AVAILABLE MAY 1ST TO OCTOBER 23rd ). Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The second floor has a large bedroom, full, queen and cabinet beds, a TV, fireplace and a double bathroom. Sleeping for up to 7. During the summer months, the owner may be staying in a separate adjacent apartment, renovating the garage interior.

Fun & Cozy Cabin without the Woods

A hideaway close to Summit County activities. This hand built cabin features two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with two single beds. The hot tub on the private deck gives 180 degree views of the Gore and Ten Mile Ranges. Please note - this is not a luxury home. The cabin is not secluded. The cabin is generally very quiet but you might hear occasional traffic noises. On the plus side, the cabin is close to all amenities in Silverthorne and has a very comfortable vibe.
