The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Historic Georgetown

This is a lovingly restored 1908 brick colonial-revival home in the historic district of Georgetown, South Carolina. Matt and Julia strived to retain many of the character marks of this home's past, yet provide guests with all the conveniences and cleanliness of a new house. The artwork, fun and usable antiques and humourous signs represent the fun-loving spirit of the hosts. With conversation pieces and common areas abound, this is a home where you can easily spend quality time together.

Pawleys Sea Life - Prvt Pool Hot Tub 5 BRs Dogs OK

Whole house 5 bedrooms (3 on 1st floor) - Captains Quarters, Octopus Outlook, Seahorse Sanctuary, Hollywood Room, & Sea Turtle Cove. Private pool, screened porch, hot tub, & sauna. Dogs allowed - a $35 per dog, per visit pet fee will be billed separately. In the woods between the ocean & the ICWW. It is more like a camping vacation than a high end beach resort. Expect lots of leaves, bugs, frogs, lizards & spiders. Owners closets, garage, & office not included. New hot tub 6/25.

Our home is located 1.9 miles to the ocean! It is in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking space. Our home has a cozy feel with touches of the coastal life. There is WiFi, tv’s provided in every bedroom and a fully functioning kitchen for those that love to dine in. Out back we have extra seating for relaxing and a grill for those that enjoy a good cook out. We hope you will enjoy our home and have a relaxing vacation in our beautiful town of Surfside.

Featured on HGTV's "Beach Front Bargain Hunt"!- Beautiful, recently upgraded, oceanfront condo, right on the beach! Both the living room and bedroom have ocean views. There is a King Size bed in the master bedroom and King bed in 2nd bedroom. 3 TVs, one in each room. and one large TV in the living room. There’s a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Close to the new pier, shopping, dining and golfing. There is 1 security camera on the walkway leading to front door. It’s always on.

Newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the classic Litchfield Country Club, just 5 minutes from Litchfield beach. The house includes a large kitchen that has everything you would need to cook a family meal. There is an enormous 2 car garage with a washer and dryer. Also included is 4 beach bike cruisers which can be used to ride to Litchfield beach. The beds are new and comfortable. Restaurants, golf, and grocery stores are close by.

Come stay at the pet-friendly Yauhannah Ranch guest house. A spacious 4 bedroom cabin located just 16 miles from Historic Georgetown on four fenced acres. The house offers two bathrooms with two queen, and two full bed rooms comfortably sleeping eight people. Your furry friends will love the fenced dog run with shelters. Please, no Pit Bulls or other aggressive breeds.
