This 3 story home has a rooftop deck with fire pit, grill and half bath on third level. House has gas fireplace, flat screen tvs with full comcast package (every channel), a big jambox and fast wifi. There are 3 bedrooms, but can sleep 10 comfortably. All mattresses and sheets are new and fresh. Rent it for Thanksgiving or Christmas to enjoy a family get together while cooking in the large open kitchen with gas stove. We have a Keurig and the house will be stocked with coffee and tea K cups and the fridge will be stocked with water bottles. But please bring your own food and drinks. You will have access to the entire home. You will be given an access code to the front door, or you can download the August smart lock app and we can grant you access. Upon entry, you will receive a garage door remote and a physical key in case the August smart locks stop working. 24 hour access available for late travelers if notified in advance. Guests that drive in can use the garage but plenty of parking in front of house as well. I live in Nashville and will be available for help throughout your stay via the app, text or phone.
