Timeless on Madison | 4 Bed 2 Bath Large Backyard

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Welcome to our spacious private home in Midtown, Memphis! It's located right off of Madison Ave and extremely walk-able to Overton Square, the Memphis Zoo, and more! There are two levels to this home. The first level is the master bedroom and all other bedrooms are on the second level. The large backyard is completely fenced and has outdoor furniture. Absolutely no parties! We will have to cancel or decline your reservation!

The entire house is cleaned & disinfected thoroughly after each check-out. Great older 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in Millington, TN. 10-20 minutes to everything, the USA Stadium, Naval Base, Downtown Memphis & Wolfchase. House has a carport, covered porch & deck. There is a RING DOORBELL, front door for safety purposes. FP & wall HVAC work in the living room. Pets are allowed and must be registered just like the number of guests.

Well appointed and cozy. Great location for tourists visiting the sights or for business travelers working downtown. Not suitable for parties.
