Welcome to Villa Maria, our small fairy-tale chateau by the forest in Lauterbourg. It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Stilvolles Gästehaus mit Pool

Egal ob Wandern im Pfälzer Wald, ein paar Tage Wellness oder die Ruhe der Natur direkt vor der Haustür - in dieser Unterkunft lässt sich vieles vereinen. Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Da unser Mieter die Wohnung nur wenige Tage im Jahr benötigt ,könnt ihr sie buchen . Es ist im 3.OG das bedeutet es sind 1 mal 5 Stufen und 3 mal 15 Stufen zu bewältigen. Wir haben 3 Decken Ventilatoren eingebaut momentan ist der im Wohnzimmer defekt, Nichtraucher Wohnung !!! Es gibt hinter dem Haus eine überdachte Raucher Ecke, in der man auch gemütlich sitzen kann. Wenn jemand ein Fahrrad, Motorräder einschließen oder laden möchte, wir haben eine abschließbare Garage mit Stromanschluss.

We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Hat 1 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 1,80 m x 2,00 m), offenes Ess- u. Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch (ausziehbar), Küche, sowie Bad. Die Whg ca 68 qm, befindet sich im EG. Im Naturschutzgebiet vor der Tür, kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Auch Naturliebhaber haben hier ihre Freude.
