Birdsong studio apartment is located in a safe, well- patrolled residential area. The apartment is private and quiet, with good light. There is a swimming pool and lush garden. A lock-up garage gives direct access to the studio. Delta Park is right in front of the property, with Park Runs every Saturday and a bird sanctuary (over 200 species of bird have been spotted there), hence the name "Birdsong". Universities, shopping centres e.g. Rosebank, Sandton, Hyde Park, are all within a 10km radius.
