A beautifully restored 400 year old small house situated in the heart of the historical city of Cospicua, one of the fabled three cities across the harbour from Malta's capital, Valletta. The space is warm and has been stylishly restored and furnished. The ground floor leads into a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen/dining room and a guest toilet. The bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom together with a terrace are on the upper floor. This floor is reached via a staircase.

Upon entrance you are greeted by an open staircase leading to the living room, with a view over the pool and barbeque area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen combined with dining room and a bathroom / washroom downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking the pool area, as well as a bathroom. This house must be seen to be appreciated, its cosiness and character are unique.

Evidently, this section of the house was designated as living quarters for the live-in household help of that era.

Town house with pool, valley and sea views.

This town house is situated in a quiet area of Nadur in Gozo, with a number of facilities nearby, including a bus stop and a small grocery 200 meters away. It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.

Come relive Gozo’s traditional way of life at this authentic house situated in the charming Gozo hamlet called Munxar. This house has been meticulously renovated from a 200 year old farm into a magnificent holiday house with modern amenities and private pool. The architecture has traditional farmhouse characteristics with many charming stone features. What was originally the mill room is now the living room with sofas and a fireplace for our winter visitors.
