Family friendly basement guesthouse in lovely neighborhood close to Virginia tech. Private entrance. Open floor plan with two queen bedroom areas and a sectional that could sleep two more in a large movie room. Patio with grill and fire pit and incredible view. Great neighborhood with walking trails. Friendly dog and cats on site so people with pet allergies be warned. Pets welcome with negotiation. Also ride available to vt football games with negotiation.
