Seaside Cabin in the Trees

Welcome to our seaside cabin in the trees. Our cozy studio cabin offers a welcome retreat from the city buzz. It’s just you, the ocean, and the forest. Situated on the beach in Gillies Bay, Texada Island, we’re only a short walk or drive to the general store & Farmer’s market in one direction and Shelter Point park in the other. Or stay close to home and enjoy the garden, views, and private beach access from the property! It's the perfect place to unplug and take a break from the city hustle.

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Looking for a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere to lay your head at night, we have the place that will be all yours. Where the star gazing is amazing and the sounds of nature will comfort you as you wind down for the evening. You have your own private area complete with a barbeque and outside lights to provide that special glow on those warm summer nights. We have hiking and biking trails walking distance away. Our many beautiful beaches, lakes and golf course are only a few minutes drive away.

Palm Beach cottages Oceanfront

Our beautiful waterfront cabin has been updated and renovated. New kitchen, dishwasher, heat pump for air conditioning and air filtration, new decks and fresh paint throughout. You will love the view and the open space concept. It's a great place to relax, go for walks on the beach or swim in the ocean. This cabin is perfect for families with children, couples or groups of friends .Spend time together, make meals in the fully equipped kitchen or have a BBQ while making lasting memories.

Across from Little Tribune Bay, and a 7 minute walk to Big Tribune Beach, this loft style cabin offers true serenity on Hornby Island. Set at the back of a peaceful ten acre blueberry farm this little 'gem' is quiet and secluded. Suitable for a couple and one child. Electric heat and wood stove. Full kitchen with everything you will need for a holiday! Everything supplied, except sheets and towels. * we currently don’t allow dogs but may consider them at certain times of year- ask us!

Brookshire Guest House

Brookshire Guest House provides a unique accomodation experience. The self contained two bedroom one and one half bathrooms cottage is located on two acres in a rural setting one km south of the city. We offer gardens with flowers and variety of trees and shrubs, the rain forest with large cedars and firs beside a salmon bearing creek and the beach both Pebble beach and the famous Myrtle Rocks are only two blocks away. Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub.
