Clad in stone, the stylish kitchen invites socializing over bottles of wine. The kitchen’s induction stovetop and top-of-the-line appliances overlook a modern dining table that seats up to eight. The dark grey walls and deep brown hardwood floors lend a rich and cozy feel to the social space. Down the microcement hallway, decked in dark grey and milky blues, are the three bedrooms. Tuck into the master bedroom, where the piece de resistance is front and center: a fabulously romantic Italian stone bath. Prop your feet up for a bubbly soak, with a glass of bubbly txakoli in hand, right in the middle of the bedroom. This spacious room has a connected bathroom, with separate shower and toilet enclosures and two gorgeous stone sinks. All three bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, with beautiful natural stone basins and custom-built glass-enclosed showers. Two of the bedrooms can hold either a double bed or two single beds, perfect for either traveling friends or couples. Open closets with pipe details and metal cabinets for storing clothes are located in every room. Our house, Mendiburu, is a typical XIX century rural house in a small village 15km from Pamplona. So close from Pamplona, silence and tranquillity are the main characteristics from this small countryside location. In our house, you’ll find the advantages of being so close from Pamplona with the flavour of a 20 inhabitant’s village. Our house has a capacity for 10 persons with additional 2 places (10+2). The house has 3 floors (only two open to public) a garage for two cars and two garden areas. At first floor, several services are located . A roomy entrance from where a central distribution area is accessed. From the central distribution area you can get to different rooms: Dinning room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, toilet and a storage room. The stair to second floor is wide and luminous. distribuidorAt second floor a central distribution area communicates all rooms. 5 double bedrooms, two toilets, a TV/reading room and a playing room for children. The central distribution area itself is a great reunion area. The house includes a central heating system, separated in two independent circuits, one per floor. Pets are allowed in the garden area (fenced) not allowed inside the house. In the house you’ll find Internet connection via WIFI, computer, telephone and a Nintendo WII console.
