It includes a spacious front patio area complete with Hot Tub!! Perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying one of Alaska's unmatched sunsets.

Unique modern loft 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Cool A/C in bedroom, spiral staircase, sunny floor-to-ceiling windows and live plants. Comfortably furnished, conveniently located between Midtown and Downtown Anchorage. This charming home base is perfect for embarking on your Alaskan getaway. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 43” Smart TV, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for your convenience. However, due to the spiral staircase, we do not recommend this unit for children.

Top of Our House

This is an apartment on the top floor of our home in Girdwood with views of Alyeska, Fishes Breath, and Maxes Mountains. It is one mile from Alyeska ski resort, and near Virgin Creek Falls. It's a one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, TV in the bedroom, and a kitchen table and couch. It is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs on the outside of the house. We live downstairs with a toddler who you will likely hear. Sometimes four wheel drive is needed in heavy snow.

Moose's Meadows Inn Suite offers a private entrance, queen-size bed, TV, full bath with 2 person jetted tub, spacious gear closet, a snack kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge (in the gear closet). Perfect for couples or solo adventurers, with easy access to skiing, trails, live music, dining, and the Nordic spa. Note: Part of a larger property with another front unit, this suite ensures privacy with minimal interaction. Bathroom sink only, no full kitchen sink.

Cupples Cottage #1: Downtown!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 2 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation Rentals, operating since 2017.
