We welcome you in a small stone outbuilding. A bedroom on an open mezzanine, bathroom/WC, a fully equipped kitchen. Cathedral living room with sofa bed and large fireplace. Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Très lumineux, calme et fonctionnel, il possède aussi une place de parking sécurisée et vous permettra de profiter de Bordeaux et de sa région.
