The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

A 10 minute walk to the Coton Orchard garden centre, farm shop , cafe and Post Office .A 5 minute drive to a local supermarket and Park and Ride-bus takes 8 mins to Cambridge .

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

(every ten minutes)

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Enjoy a cosy getaway in this charming, boutique shepherd's hut in the garden of a historic thatched cottage. Conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and surrounding areas, with free parking onsite, a frequent bus or an easy cycle to the city centre, and several excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bicycles are available to use free of charge. Every stay with us helps to fund the much-needed restoration of our Grade-II listed cottage. Thank you!

The Garden House in Impington, Cambridge

The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.

Rare for the area, the accommodation offers a high degree of privacy with its own access and self check using a key safe.
