This house feels like you are out in the wilderness while the 10,000 square-foot amenity centre provides all the comforts of a resort. 2 pools, hot tubs, kids room, gym, library, games & theatre room, tennis and basketball courts and a children's play area. There are 3 sleeping areas: bedroom on main, 1 upstairs & a loft area. Each floor has a full bathroom. There is a large deck with a gas fire pit on it.

Whitewater Cottage (YELLOW)is in a quiet area surrounded by mountains and close to Vedder River. The cottage is located at the back of the property. Beautiful gardens and trees. There is a Hot Tub, and a full size Salt Water Swimming Pool (Seasonal). There are lounging areas. There is also a fire pit, and a BBQ. The cottage is warm cozy. There are two cottages on the property. The cottage is available for Long Term Rentals at a 60% discount.
