You’ll have the entire house and 1/3 acre to yourself. Less than 30 mins from most anywhere in Portland Metro, 10 mins to Oregon City, and 1 hr to Mt. Hood. This relaxing, private suite is perfect for your stay! Our organized space includes high-speed wifi, a gas fireplace, and even a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, hot plate, cookware, and a three-in-one microwave/air fryer/mini baking oven. You have your own entrance and the space to yourself. Guests find the location very convenient and we often hear that the space feels comfortable, homey, and that we've "thought of everything!"

Charming cottage apartment on a garden and forest hill. Next to the Willamette River, 30 mins from downtown Portland. Relax, and enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fully stocked kitchen. Fast wifi at 50 Mbps. Cozy inside in the wintertime, also with a park-like setting with walking access down the lush backyard to the river where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, and bird watching. You can use the shared recreation room with ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard, and weights.

Bright & airy ADU right on the great Willamette river! Complete with kitchenette and private entrance! Walking distance to the public transport train (max station), Elk Rock Island State Park, downtown Milwaukie, and only 10 minutes by car to downtown Portland. The riverfront park green space and boat launch are quite literally steps away from our front door. Take a walk along the beautiful river! *Note: there is a single-story flight of stairs leading up to the ADU on the second floor.

Cozy 1 bed, 1 bath, 100 yr old smoke/vape free cottage is conveniently located in Gladstone, OR; walking distance to local shops & antique mercantile. Within blocks of the confluence the Clackamas & Willamette Rivers. Just 1.5 mi from historic downtown Oregon City Main Street, Willamette Falls, Abernethy Center & End of the Oregon Trail Museum. Also conveniently located near the Trolley Trail Loop, a 19 mile long meandering walking/cycling trail through a series of quiet communities.

Sunlit Oasis

This private, renovated art studio has skylights and quiet views of nature. As an interior designer, I loved creating a space that is as much an experience as a night away from home...and only 10 miles from downtown Portland! Please be advised that until September 2026, there will be construction on three homes behind our cottage. Work can begin at 7:00AM-7:00PM Mon-Fri., 9:00AM-5:00PM Sat.-Sun. There could be noise during those hours, which is out of our control.

A private riverfront cottage on the Willamette in West Linn — 15 minutes to Portland, across from the great blue heron rookery. River views, resident wildlife, a fire pit, fast fiber Wi-Fi, and a fenced pet-friendly yard. A curated pillow bar, cafe-grade coffee bar, and a true work setup make it ideal for a slow reset or a longer stay. Rates vary by season; final pricing shows when you select dates.

Farm Charm: 1000sq ft private studio in rural area

With unique vintage decor, this comfortable studio offers modern amenities in a peaceful country setting. The space has a private keypad entrance & 16 stairs (sorry, no elevator) to the guest studio attached to our home. Our friendly golden retriever Ollie will gladly greet you. Groceries & highway access are a mere 3 miles away. Portland is a short easy drive from our quiet country home.
