This self contained West End Hideout is part of a converted lower level Family Townhouse located in the heart of Glasgow's famous West End with it's own secure access and is only a stone's throw away from Botanic Gardens.THE LOCAL AREA has a good mix of small independent shops and quality high street names. It is a foodies' haven with two specialist cheese shops, butchers,whole-food shops, numerous delicatessens and stores such as Waitrose and Marks & Spencer are all within a very short walking distance. There are also wonderfully atmospheric second hand book shops, vintage and retro clothing stores, gift shops, jewellers and of course plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars.There are a wide range of places to eat from great value budget to widely acclaimed, well established restaurants. Five of Trip Advisor’s top ten restaurants in Glasgow are all within a 15 minute walk. Its a second floor one bedroom apartment with open plan living room and kitchen. The building has a security entrance and parking spaces on the street. My place is located near Kelvingrove Park and Glasgow University where you can get the most of your Glasgow experience enjoying art galleries, museums and vibrant Scottish pubs and restaurants.

Welcome to this stylish little jewel of tranquility, centrally located flat in the west end of Glasgow. Our attic flat has a maximum capacity for 2 adults, but is also perfect for a small family e.g 2 adults & an infant. The blonde sandstone, category A listed townhouse is around 150 years old. There are about 74 steps up to the flat door (which includes a quirky 21 step spiral stair at the end) and there isn’t a lift. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are about 100yds away.
