Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Bright double room with great choice of Breakfast.

This is a peaceful house with a light, bright room, 10 mins on foot from Glastonbury town centre. You are welcome to use the lovely garden and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The breakfasts shown in the pictures are examples of what you can have but the choice is yours, large or small. If you prefer a smaller breakfast there will be fresh fruit salad, freshly baked croissant, serials fruit juice etc available. Vegetarian, vegan, non vegetarian and any dietary requirements will be catered for.

Our 17th Century House is minutes from the M5.

You will breakfast in the original 1620 house but sleep in a stylish bedroom and have access to a private bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. 5 minutes from M5 junction 23, this village property has history, charm and excellent amenities. There is free, off road parking, a patio with seating and a large garden to relax in. Glastonbury 13 miles, Wells -18miles, Burnham-on-Sea - 8 miles. Ideal location for touring Somerset. We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There are two further Air BnBs - Footmans, opposite and The Old Dairy, beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.
