Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunroom/dining room looking out to the mountain views all around. the bathroom is newly refurbished with a spacious shower, a toilet and wash hand basin. there are 2 bedrooms. one doube, one twin. This beautiful house is a real gem. A minute's walk from blue flag, sandy Kells Beach, it gives you rural charm but with all mod cons. With no weed-killer used on the property, there is plenty of insect and bird life. In the autumn there are beautiful organic apples in the orchard. We suggest you slow down. Relax. Head to the beach with your towel, or turn right out of the gate and walk, with beautiful views of Kells and Dingle Bay. For golfers, Dooks and Waterville are both half an hour away.

Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. Policy: Only the number of persons booked as stated on the booking form are allowed to stay. There is also no smoking or pets allowed.

If you love the ocean, you will love this place. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.
