This studio is set in a beautiful quiet environment, with native trees, bush, and serenity. Only a few minute's drive from central Whangarei, this offers you the best of both worlds. Drive into town or other close by attractions then come back to relax away from the busy city life. We have all afternoon sun and amazing sunsets to watch and enjoy with a glass of wine on the deck. We are two minutes walk away from one of the beautiful Parahaki walks which takes you to the lookout at the top.

Kukupa Cottage

Kukupa cottage is a three year old cottage on the top of a hill overlooking Kowharewa bay. It is on a piece of lovely land that has another house next door but is very private. It is lovely and warm with everything you need for a winter getaway. In the summer it gets all day sun that needs to be blocked but there are blinds along the front which you may need some of the time. There is a lovely wooden deck at the front also, with a roll out awning.

Blanca Guest Suite

Nestled 5 minutes from Whangarei city, this newly built space is waiting to be enjoyed. Attached to the main house, with a private entrance and parking, this guest suite is fully separate with its own kitchenette, lounge with TV, bedroom and en-suite. Our self contained apartment is a leisurely 10 minute walk into the city town basin centre including the fabulous Hundertwasser museum. and right on the doorstep of lovely bush and river walks. This is a great place to explore Whangarei from or very handy if you are visiting for work. There is off street parking for your car and private access down 9 external stairs to the spacious unit. There is free unlimited WIFI .
