Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Quiet and cozy stay 6.6 miles from Boone Pickens, 7 miles from downtown and the bus stop. We live on the property and will be chummy or invisible as you wish! We have one cat and a few kittens. Our little house is beautifully renovated and a great spot for viewing our resident fox, birds and deer or cozying up to read a good book.
