Seashore cottage for two with amazing views

Fossil Cottage is a unique small cottage right by the seashore on the Isle of Skye, one of the world's favourite islands. Comfort, character and charm in abundance, built from local stone with ancient embedded fossils, this special place has a very peaceful and soothing atmosphere. Escape the city stress! Wonderful views and wildlife. A paradise for bird and otter spotters - and anyone interested in fossils. A lovely beach is close by and the village and restaurants are a couple of miles away.

Faiche an Traoin (Faish an Trown) means Field of the Corncrake, birds that once inhabited this area. It was built in 2020, has 2 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining area/kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. It is located in the village of Dunan, 5 miles from Broadford. The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

Five Sisters of Kintail Pod- Lovely Lochside views

This is a cosy pod set in a large lochside garden with amazing sea and mountain views directly on your doorstep. Pod is private (despite being in a garden). Own access and private garden down to Lochside . Pod is very well equipped with everything you need. You will love the views and the sealife and birds on the Loch. Suitable for wild water swimming and kayaking. We are a short drive to the Isle of Skye, Eilean Donan Castle, Glenelg Ferry There is parking in a shared driveway for a car.

Luib house is centrally situated by the roadside and at the foot of Glas Bheinn Mhor with breathtaking views over Loch Ainort from every bedroom. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and families. Guests can walk across the road and down grass to the shore which takes approx 5 minutes. The house has the feel of a traditional croft cottage with all the amenities of the modern day. The nearest village is Broadford which is a 10 minute drive and has a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

After four great years of hosting with AirBnB within in our home, we've used the covid hiatus to transform the old croft house into a spectacular and luxurious retreat. In previous reviews, you'll see up to four guests in one room; this has been upgraded to 2 guests in the whole cottage...
