Downstairs apartment in Odum GA

This property is a small duplex with a private yard. The entrance is a shared space, you are welcome to use the left half of the shoe rack/coat hooks. Once in the entrance you'll see the door to the apartment which has an electronic lock on it. (code will be sent 24hrs. before check in) Apartment has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. This riverside retreat offers fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing on the porch and listen to the river run. There is a public boat ramp a few hundred yards away. Jack Hill State Park and Golf Course is just 8.7 miles away. Phone reception is poor unless you enable WiFi calling. This is a simple, but clean and cozy cabin. It isn’t the Hilton, but people seem to love it and we love staying here as often we can. Come fish, relax, and explore!
