Mini fridge/refrigerator, combi-owen with microwave, boiler for tea/coffee, washing machine, tumble dryer. Access to full kitchen can be arranged upon request. Bed linen and towels included. Havvejen is a unique property located on an acre of located of virgin forrest down to the sea. The main house consists of two bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a spacious bathroom. About 400 meter down from the main house you find a cosy and minimalistic summer cottage, built in 1950 located just 50 meter from the sea. All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

Brug tiden i huset hvor i kan nyde vores fine have eller en afslappende stund i vores vildmarksbad. Perfekt base for familiens eventyr! OBS! Vi har tre Marsvin (Ludvig, Bamse og Blomster) ved længere ophold skal de fodres.

Huset har 1 stort soveværelse med plads til 3 personer. Et gæsteværelse med plads til 1 person. 2 børneværelser. 2 badeværelser og en stor dejlig have. Toyota Aygo er mulig at leje ved ekstra betaling.

Next to the Øer Maritime Harbour, kayaks are available to rent, right next to a lovely ice-cream stand; kite-surfing is also a popular local activity. A grocery shop is nearby, accessible by both foot & car - that same building offers a variety of activities. The nearby town of Ebeltoft is also a must, with its 15th & 16th century buildings and small boutique shops.

From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)
