Escape to our country estate in a picturesque Cotswold village. Our welcoming family home combines old fashioned charm with modern conveniences. All of our bedrooms are en suite, except for one single. Lots of history, uneven floor boards, low doorways in places and a dog and cats! We provide you with a wholesome, cooked breakfast. Bedrooms are allocated depending on the number of couples, singles etc. It is very much a home vs hotel. Booking for 12 gives you access to all the bedrooms.

Situated on a working sheep and arable farm in the Cotswolds with spectacular views across to Cleeve Hill and Winchcombe . We have Sudeley Castle 1/4 mile down the road and the historic town of Winchcombe is only 1 mile away. There are a good variety of pubs and restaurants around the area and plenty of Cotswold villages to explore. The rooms are all en suite with a large lounge for guests and a cosy dining room with great views for a full English or continental breakfast which is included

Broadway is just under 3 miles away with more pubs, cafes and shops. Stratford on Avon is the regions cultural centre with its theatre and Shakespearian heritage, and Cheltenham is approx. 11 miles away with excellent shopping, many wonderful restaurants and of course the famous race course
