Making our home a perfect base for exploring the city and beyond. 10min drive to Cork City’s centre, 5 minutes drive to Fota Wildlife Park and Golf Club , 5 min drive to Cork Golf Club. Cobh and Midleton both 10 mins drive and Kinsale only 45 mins drive . 10 min walk to train station.

A cosy newly renovated 19th century stables with views of Cork harbour. It is the ideal quiet country oasis while having easy access to Cork city via road/rail/cycle lane using the East Cork Greenway. Barryscourt Castle, Fota House and Wildlife Park, Spike Island, Midleton , Kinsale, Youghal and Blarney are all day trips from here. In keeping with local planning restrictions, there is no restriction on work/corporate bookings, while holiday stays must be for over 15 days or more at a time.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

Greenway Cabin

Charming cabin just minutes from Cork City, with easy access via N25, South Ring Road, and bus routes 202, 202A & 212. Walk to Blackrock Castle, Castle Café, and Pier Head Pub. Explore the scenic Greenway trail to Monkstown. Close to Mahon Point and the Marina Market for food and shopping. Also, walking distance to Páirc Uí Chaoimh for sports events and concerts. An entire terraced house in a quiet residential area yet only 1.6 kilometres (1 mile !) uphill (sometimes steep !!) from the city centre (and all its attractions !). The 207 and 208 buses run frequently to and from downtown to a bus stop near the house - a 3 minute walk away (160 metres). Taxis are €6 - €10. The main bedroom has a double (queen) bed. The second bedroom has a single bed. PRICE IS BASED ON THE NUMBER OF THE GUESTS, PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS.

You are welcome to wander around our gardens, chill in the BBQ area or peek at our vegetable garden. We have three friendly dogs, a cat, turtles in the pond and chickens in the orchard. There are bees in the bee garden! Laid back, quiet and private, parking spot right next to Little House, safe space, LGBTQIA+ friendly, everyone is welcome!
