The cottage and studio flat (Green room) are charming and beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality bed linen, crockery and cutlery. Fully functional kitchens, washmachines, BBQ for your comfort along with wifi and smart TVs programable for netflix etc.

This Artisan town has heaps of beauty and history to explore, everyone must visit. It has an amazing Basilica situated at the very top offering the best views you could imagine. Penne d'Agenais has been voted a most beautiful village in France and boasts several authentic restaurants, including one with Vegetarian menu options.

Charming cottage with private pool & closed garden

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

La maison en pierres dispose d'une terrasse privée avec piscine indépendante, transats, barbecue, table ping pong, salon de jardin, d'un salon (clic clac + TV), d'une cuisine équipée (four, micro-onde, cafetière), d'une salle de bains avec douche (lave linge), WC indépendant, 2 chambres l'une avec 1 lit de 140cm et l'autre 2 lits de 90 cm + 1 lit d'appoint pliant.

Vous avez de nombreuses activités autour (balade, canoë, villages, marchés gourmands…)🌻 Elle est située au calme sur une petite route sans issue et l été vous pouvez vous mettre à l’ombre d un tilleul centenaire 🌳 Idéal pour la déconnection 📵 il n’y a pas de wifi !!!
