The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

The White Pearl Residence, a high-floor apartment in Dar Tower with sea and skyline views is located within walking distance of Batumi Boulevard and the beach. Supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops, cafés, and restaurants are just steps away. Please note: this is a private apartment, not a hotel, even though the building has shared facilities. You will collect the keys at the reception. Full spa & fitness center are located within the building. Any applicable fees are paid directly on site.

Die Wohnung wurde nach meine Vorstellungen designt und gebaut, vieles individuell angefertigt,Wobei auf die Verwendung natürlich Materialien geachtet. So z.B. wurde Dielboden aus echten Holz,Marmor Platten in Bad/Flur. Bei Gestaltung habe ich auch meine Lebensphilosophie berücksichtigt, die dadurch das schwediche Wort “Lagom “ zum Ausdruck kommt, was so viel bedeutet auf Schwedisch wie : “nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig “ oder auch “ gerade recht”. Wenn du etwas brauchst melde dich bei mir .

Loft is Located in the Central Area of the city, with many cafe/Restaurants, grocery stores, fruit markets around, walking distance to all major sightseeing, as well as to the Beach, Dolphinarium, lake park, Old Batumi Boulevard, and all other must see places of the city.

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, in the most beautiful part of the Adjara region called Gonio, close to the best beaches of Batumi. There is free parking on site. Two-bedroom apartments with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea are ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). Also at your disposal is an XBOX Series S, a projector, an audio system, board games, books, and an umbrella for comfortable sunbathing. P.S. There is also a playpen-bed.

The apartment is modern furnished, perfect for couples, friends, families, or distant workers. Ideally for 2 adults and 2 kids, or 3 adults, as a sofa-bed is not very spacious. In the building there are additional amenities available for extra cost like pool, gym and a restaurant.

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.
