Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

ORBI CITY (block A) is located close to beach (first line), fountain, House of Justice, waterpark, Carrefour market, Batumi Mall and restaurants. MY DELUXE APARTMENT 34TH floor have a great seaview, kitchen+ place and equipment (except for cooking soups and fried foods), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, individual Wi-Fi, safetybox, black-out curtains, folding chairs & table on the balcony, clothes dryer. Standart apartments not have this all.
