The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Enjoy a cottage experience at this very centrally-located home. Within a 15 min walk to Paignton Seafront, Pier and Harbour with its pubs and eateries. Within a 10 min walk to Paignton Town centre, Bus & Train Station as well as the Steam Railway to Dartmouth. With easy access to the local resorts and beaches surrounding Paignton. Torquay and its famous Marina. Brixham Fishing Harbour and Lighthouse. You will be very well located to explore the English Riviera and all it has to offer.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Vista Apartments, Goodrington Beach, Paignton

Vista Apartments are in a fantastic location being a frontline development leading directly to Goodrington beach with no roads to cross. 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views of Goodrington Sands and across the bay to Brixham and Berry Head. Goodrington Sands offers a variety of watersports, boat hire, deckchair hire and a pub with gardens overlooking the beach. This is also where you will find Quaywest Waterpark. Youngs Park with boating lake, bandstand, are adjacent to the apartment.

Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Not suitable for children. Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

Beach Park Basement - a leafy seaside apartment

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

High Gables - Apartment Three

High Gables is an elegant two bedroom first floor apartment, 200 metres from Goodrington Beach, enjoying views across Youngs Park and towards the sea - ideal for families and couples. Gas centrally heated, comprising: two bedrooms; large contemporary bath/shower room; good sized lounge with oak flooring and plasma gas heated fire. The kitchen is sicilian styled, including: fridge/freezer, cooker, gas hob and washing machine. The large bay window gives plenty of light and atmosphere.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
