Cosy recently renovated country 1 bed cottage.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Enjoy a fantastic stay at Beverly holidays, the award winning family run site has plenty to keep everyone entertained from the 2 outdoor heated pools (seasonal) to the indoor pool hot tub and gymnasium. Enjoy the alfresco dining at the jetty restaurant which overlooks the beautiful English riviera views and evening entertainment at the starlight bar. The childrens entertainment includes mini golf, arcades and soft play. Facility passes for the site are an extra charge!

The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
