There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided - login details on the fridge.

We believe that Bob's Place is the best situated house on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula! Located right on Middleton Point with 180 degree views, this is the perfect location for surfing, whale watching and exploring the fabulous surrounding area on the South Coast. Recently and lovingly brought back to life, this cozy and comfy beachhouse has been in our family for over 30 years and we are looking forward to sharing it with our guests. You’ll love staying at Rothesay right in the heart of the beautiful, historic village of Port Elliot.
