Perfect location for summer or winter, 350 metre walk to the beautiful Goolwa beach. Modern, airy and clean, with new beds, quilts, blankets and pillows supplied (MUST PROVIDE OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS). Includes lounges set up for comfort. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Fur babies welcome, please remember their bed or blanket. ENJOY No WiFi,just board games, cards, relax and fun.

Please note linen is NOT provided but can be hired through Victor Linen (see below). Seaspray at Goolwa Beach is a well loved family beach house - 2 storey house with 5 bdr, 3 bth, separate living areas, reverse cycle AC, family room with pool table and is approximately 250m from magnificent Goolwa beach. There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided.

Mariner’s c1866 Little Scotland

Nestled in a quiet one way street in the unique & historic area of Little Scotland. A short walk to the township & wharf and 5 min drive to popular Goolwa Beach. Explore the area planned in the 1850s to recreate the narrow lanes/ walkways of Scotland. The heritage cottage boasts modern amenities: Wifi , Netflix, split cycle aircon, gas log fire, new bathroom & kitchen as well as a hot water outdoor shower! A fully enclosed lawned & shaded garden area for all the family and pets to enjoy!

"Bluffview" offers guests something extra special on their holiday experience, the views are amazing !. These views stretch as far as the eye can see, from Granite Island right across to the "Bluff" and beyond. During the winter months, whales are often seen from the lounge room windows. The house has been decorated with bright, bold colours whilst still keeping a minimalist approach, it is so roomy. With fresh carpet throughout the main living areas, it is so comfortable.

The Lazy Palm Beach Shack

Boho Salt Beach House is a fully self contained, three bedroom 70's beach shack only two minutes walk to the main beach at Goolwa. There is plenty of living space for families to enjoy their time together. The two enclosed yards keep children and pets safe. There is no additional cleaning fee. Beds will be made & towels provided. Creatively and comfortably furnished, this bohemian beauty is the perfect place to relax. Free Wifi provided

It's a good life

Natural Light filled Holiday home, No Dogs allowed !, Free Wi-Fi, a short walk to the beach, wave to the Steam Ranger from the back deck , walking distance to the Middleton Tavern, Bakery, Surf Hire and Whale watching during the season. Very spacious 2nd Bedroom with large backyard, lots of DVD's, Books and games. Linen and towels not included but available for hire $20 per bed. Minimum stays apply
