Winifred is a Georgian 2 bedroomed mid terrace cottage located a 3 minute walk from Gorleston's beautiful award winning beach and a 10 minute drive to Great Yarmouth’s Pleasure Beach. The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard. Sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and there’s access to a rear courtyard through the dining room. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with king sized bed, cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom with bath/shower.

Quaint, modern fisherman’s cottage close to beach

Quaint fisherman’s cottage, the closest house to the beach on Beach Road! Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Welcome to my holiday home Situated a 100 steps from an award winning beautiful sandy beach stretching 2 miles. 3 Bedrooms 2 with double beds and a small third bedroom with a Single Futon bed with the Bathroom is located on the ground floor. This is a well equipped self catering home suitable for families or couples. Towels and bedding will be supplied. A local Morrisons supermarket is within close walking distance. Pets are allowed with a fee of £10 per night paying cash on arrival.

Situated less than 1 minute walk from the golden sand beach of Gorleston on Sea we are superbly positioned for easy access to the Norfolk Broads, East Anglia's famous coastline, countryside and stunning city of Norwich. Just a short walk from bars, cafes, restaurants & high st the Lion's Den offers everything you will need for a cosy, comfortable, hassle free, quiet seaside escape. Fully furnished with bedding and towels provided. Private use of courtyard garden/bbq. Free parking. Wifi.

Seaside Retreat- Waterbeds and Gorleston sea views

Traditional 2 bedroom end terraced fishing cottage overlooking the magnificent sandy beach of Gorleston on Sea. With an extensive 2 mile long safe promenade for dog walking / cycling/ running or purely ambling. Surrounded by numerous eateries - every taste is catered for from quirky to traditional. Morrisons supermarket and a high Street with cinema/library/ banks etc are 10 mins walk away. The centres of Yarmouth and Norwich are a short drive as are the renowned Norfolk Broads.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A stunning home that has just undergone extensive refurbishment. With the beautiful Gorleston beach at the end of the road and plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance you will be sure to have a fantastic holiday at this amazing property. The house is a home from home and has everything you will need with some nice additional touches including Sky sports and movie channels and plenty of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained.

The Folly

Join us at The Folly your cosy woodland retreat, complete with log burner and central heating. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Pleasurewood Hills is also only a short walk away. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of an Owl as you fall asleep. Please note that during the season, you can hear Pleasurewood Hills between 9am to 5pm.
