Hyggeligt hus, tæt på strand

charmerende, lyst sommerhus med to soveværelser og et stort anneks (det lille anneks er kun egnet til brug om sommeren). Der er opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, tv med chromecast, trådløst WiFi, varmepumpe og brændeovn. Hyggelig have og to terrasser, hvor den ene er overdækket. Der er ca. 100 m til vandet og 200 m til den lækre Reersø Nordstrand som er en kendt badestrand med skønt sand og klart vand. Reersø er en halvø med spændende plante- og dyreliv. Gåturen langs vandet rundt om øen er ca. 8 km.

This rare and unique place is located directly on the seafront with a highly magnified view of the sea and the Storebælt Bridge. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 3,100m2 beautiful natural plot with pine trees. Here you can really enjoy the silence and the raw nature. Storebælt is right at your front door. The cottage is cosy furnished, with spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and an open kitchen-dining area. The view of the sea can be enjoyed from all the rooms.

Unique Cottage, Private Beach, flex check-out L-S

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Dejligt sommerhus på 90m² med hems i stille omgivelser, tæt ved fjorden og et skønt fællesområde med badebro i sommerhalvåret. Der er ikke udsigt over vandet fra huset. Alt er inkluderet i prisen, el, vand, håndklæder, sengelinned, viskestykker, og basisfødevarer som olie, sukker og krydderier. Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

Cozy Summerhouse by Forest on Island near CPH

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Tiny House med havudsigt

Helt fantastisk smuk beliggenhed direkte til Holbæk Fjord med Bognæs Skov i baghaven. Rig mulighed for dejlige naturoplevelser. På grunden er der eget shelter og bålplads. Gode fiskemuligheder. Selve hytten er indrettet som Tiny House med alt hvad du skal bruge. God dobbeltseng og to lidt smalle senge, som bedst egner sig til børn. På Bognæs er der en helt særlig stemning og man falder fuldstændig til ro, så snart man ankommer. 15 minutter i bil til hyggelige Holbæk.

Hyggeligt hus naturskønt tæt på Kalundborg Novo

Hyggelig sommerhus beliggende i fredeligt område. 3 værelser. Plads til 6 personer. Køkken og stue i et samt pænt badeværelse med bruseniche. På terrassen findes liggestole og grill. Grunden har egen lille sø / vandhul med masser af dyreliv både frøer, fugle og hjorte. I tør sommer er vandstand meget lav. Der er cykler til fri afbenyttelse. Huset ligger 500 m fra dejlig badestrand. I sommerperioden uge 25 til uge 32 er booking minimum 3 dage.

Lovely treasure in the middle of Tisvildeleje.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. Private child-friendly sandy beach, and spa/wilderness bath on the terrace. (Note that you can rent our additional house with 6 additional sleeping places, which is located right next door.)

It is located undisturbed on a large old plot. Here is time for rest and relaxation, but there are also shopping, restaurants, mini golf and similar within walking distance.
