I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Der schön geschnitzte Schminktisch eignet sich sehr gut als Schreibtisch. Die 24qm große Wohnküche mit Balkon zum Garten, hat eine gemütliche Essecke für 6 Personen. Die Küche wird gerne als Begegnungsstätte genutzt.

This newly refurbished two-floor flat in Neukölln, near Maybachufer, is remarkably quiet yet closed to various restaurants, bars and markets. The apartment spans 70m2 and features a kitchen, a bathroom, and a combined living and sleeping room on the first level (4th floor). The attic level (5th floor) has an open working space, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom. It is filled with natural light, and well-suited for shared living arrangements. There is no lift.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung ist geschmackvoll mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche eingerichtet. Ein Steinway Flügel steht zum Musizieren zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche. Es gibt in der Nähe Busverbindungen (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und die S-Bahn Verbindung Treptower Park (7 Minuten zu Fuß) mit einer direkten Verbindung zum Flughafen Schönefeld (S 9).
