Spacious, self contained, one bedroom apartment. Bright and modern basement flat to an attractive Edwardian townhouse situated just minutes walk from the train station, the beach and the town itself. Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

Gorgeous contemporary apartment within a five minute walk of St Ives town and beaches, the property has everything you could possibly need fibre optic wifi, 42inch Smart TV, Blue Ray player, fantastic shower, washing machine, all the normal kitchen appliances, comfortable and high quality furnishings. It's ideal for couples, business travellers and familes (with a large sofa bed sleeping two additional people in the lounge).
