Mysig ruffig husbåt med 2 rum och kök i trendiga Ringön som ligger bara en hållplats från Skandinaviens största köpcentrum Nordstan. Båten är under konstruktion under hösten 25 kommer en del målning och upprustning ske, ÖVERSEENDE UPPSKATTAS. Dessutom finnes AppleTV Samt lite tv spel för regniga dagar. Uteplats med grill finnes. The houseboat is located right next to the Gothenburg Opera house, in the heart of Gothenburg, meaning it's walking distance to basically everything Gothenburg has to offer. Within 5 minutes you're at the central station, the mall, avenyn, restaurants, coffee shops etc etc... The location will make it easy for you to explore everything on your list, or to just enjoy the experience of living on a houseboat. The boat is more spacious than you think!
