Beautiful Family Room with balcony Born

Som Not Born is a guest house located in one of the trendiest and most popular neighbourhoods of Barcelona, the Born. The Born is full of avant-garde boutiques, artisan workshops and designer shops, along with a plethora of charming places where you can enjoy a delicious dinner or have a drink. Som Nit Born is part of the neoclassical building, “Els Porxos d’en Xifre’, recognised in the area for its architectural value. The guest house is within a stone’s throw of well known areas such as the Barrio Gótico (Gothic Neigbourhood), Las Ramblas or the Picasso Museum. Feel at home in one of our minimalist but comfortable rooms, all of which come equipped with air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, minibar, Smart TV, free WiFi, safe and fully equipped ensuite bathroom. Rooms have either a cantilevered balcony or juliette balcony, subject to availability. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid passport/government-issued ID and a credit/debit/virtual card or cash deposit as security for incidental charges. The Barcelona municipal tax (tourist tax) is payable upon arrival.

This elegantly decorated room features laminate floors, air conditioning, a balcony, and a double bed. The room includes a private shower and washbasin inside. In addition, there is a fully private bathroom in front of the room, exclusively for this room, with a washbasin and toilet (WC). Towels and bed linen are provided. They have shower and sink in the room but a shared toilet in the hallway. Some have a small balcony overlooking Girona street and others a small terrace over a large interior courtyard. All are very bright. Tourist taxes 5,5€ per person per night are not included in the price.
