The rustic exterior provides the High Country charm of yesteryear nestled on 30 acres of rural tranquility. 100m from the main residence you have your own privacy. We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need. Se clusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry makes this place unique. Situated between Melbourne and Canberra/Sydney. An ideal stop over. Located close to snow, wineries, gourmet region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a simple limited menu is available. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. $15 per pet per /night. A private spa is available, $40 for 2 nights or part there of.

Hide & Seek Glamping Hut 1

NO GUEST FEE APPLIED. Hide and Seek Glamping Huts are unique, custom-designed, tiny houses made on-site at Hide and Seek Retreat. Designed to take you back to nature without sacrificing luxury, they have a private ensuite, mini fridge, heating/cooling, tv and bbq. Features include openable side walls and a clear panel of roofing for star gazing from your king size bed. Located in beside the river and a beach, the huts are surrounded by wide areas of grassy and treed outlooks on a river bank.

Our guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining plus a laundry. The kitchen comes with essentials for a short stay. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Bedrooms have a queen size bed, quality linen,cozy wool doonas and electric blankets. Our open plan living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable leather lounges, TV, dvd player, Coonara wood heater, & air conditioning. Nespresso coffee machine. Modern renovated bathroom. The house sleeps eight, has a large open plan living area, a lounge room with comfy couches seating 12, and a garage decked out as a rumpus / games room. Located less than 10 minutes from Nagambie, there are a variety of restaurants, shops, and wineries in town or within a short drive.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Goulburn River Retreat

This beautiful home is set on the banks of the pristine Goulburn river with its own incredible swimming hole. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake up to birdsong, set on 3 acres, with no neighbours in sight you can enjoy the tranquility of this stunning property.
