Just a few minutes from the Greek Theater, UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley and BART, Chez Panisse and award-winning restaurants, LBL, and plenty more, this spacious studio gets natural light over the course of the day. Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Serene Garden Retreat

Open the gate to a lush garden beneath a towering coastal redwood and find a cozy & gracious home away from home. Come enjoy our beautifully remodeled centrally located garden apartment. You can retreat from the busyness of everyday life and, within a few minutes walk, step back into the bustle of North Berkeley's Gourmet Ghetto. We pay a 14% Transient Occupancy Tax to the City of Berkeley, registered under license# ZcSTR2017 number 76, which is included in the list price.

There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Penderwick Cottage

This beautifully appointed, whimsical cottage is magical and restorative. Lovely linens, canopied Queen Keetsa bed, wifi, vintage fixtures, stained glass windows, kitchen (includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, nespresso machine). Modern Garden Apartment

Relax in the heart of North Berkeley, only blocks away from UC Berkeley and easy access to the greater Bay area. Our modern, light-filled apartment at garden level includes a spacious main living and kitchen space, and a large bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. We have have Hepa filters in the apartment to ensure cleanliness and maximize environmental safety.

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
