Willebrordus is een moderne studio (met 2 fietsen) in een van de gezelligste wijken van Rotterdam: het Liskwartier! De studio heeft een voor- en achterkamer. In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

Hoe is het mogelijk, midden in de bebouwde kom, aan een niet doorgaande weg, 2 minuten lopen naar het OV richting Rotterdam, Den Haag en omstreken, ligt deze oase van rust. Winkelcentrum en restaurants op loopafstand. Rotterdam met OV 30 minuten. Ontbijt staat klaar voor je in je eigen koelkast. Ruime slaapkamer met schuifpui naar een eigen idylische tuin met eettafel. Ruime badkamer met toilet, voorzien van grote wasbak, regendouchte en spiegel. Twee airco's om te verwarmen of te koelen.

Eigen ingang, kitchenette met magnetron, oven, koffie (dolce gusto) en thee faciliteiten, grote koel/vrieskast. Fijne douche, groot 2 persoonsbed 160x200 cm. De bank is heerlijk om op te relaxen. Groot bureau en een leuk eethoekje. De tuin voor de openslaande deuren is geschikt om lekker in de zon te zitten. Het gastenverblijf is privé eigendom.

Welcome to our apartment near the center of Rotterdam. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a quiet building in a nice and multicultural neighborhood. The city center is within 7 min by tram or a nice 20 min stroll. Two bedroom apartment, max three adults. Kitchen with dishwasher, very comfortable beds and a (rain)shower. Be aware! Parties, events and receiving non-paying guests is absolutely not allowed! On request and availability we provide parking for €15 a day.

This cottage is located in nature reserve the Voornse Duinen at the end of a cycle path (accessible by cars) and 1.5 km from the sea. The house has a very large garden and unobstructed views to the meadow behind. The central living room features a wood stove and open kitchen. The two master bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, are also on the ground floor. The first floor is for the children. There is a custom-made loft bed and an extra bed.
