Fijn appartement in Rotterdam!

Welkom in ons prettige lichte appartement! Het appartement heeft 2 verdiepingen en bevindt zich op de 2e en 3e verdieping. De onderste verdieping zitten een open woonkeuken, zeer ruime woonkamer, werkkamer, gang en wc. Op de bovenste verdieping zijn 2 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer, een werkkamer, badkamer en balkon. Het apartment is in totaal 116 m2. De ligging is ongeveer 7 minuten fietsen naar Centraal Station en het Stadscentrum in. De tram naar het centrum stopt bijna voor ons huis. Parkeren kan.

Deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol en warm ingericht. Dit appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Gratis parkeren is mogelijk, 5 min lopen. Binnen een straal van 2km is er een ruim aanbod aan restaurats, winkels en entertaiment. De metro is 5 min lopen hiermee zit je binnen 20 min midden in centrum Rotterdam. Den Haag is 30 min met de auto en ook met de metro te bereiken. Spijkenisse is omringt door water dus ruime keuze aan zeestranden, zoetwaterstranden en strandtenten.

And just 15 minutes walking or 7 minutes cycling to the Feyenoord stadium the Kuip. The speakers in the photo have been replaced with smaller ones

Within walking distance to literally everything, this is truly the heart of Rotterdam. Markthall, Cube Houses, St. Laurence Church, Maritime Museum, train/Metro/tram station, World Trade Center, the shopping district, restaurants, outdoor surfing and more, all are just downstairs (3-min walk). When the night falls the illuminated skyline is just outside the window. The building has camera surveillance at the entrance and is securely gated. All personal-use items are sanitized carefully.

Welcome to my cozy home, shared with me and my sweet cat Jaxx! 🐾 Your 12m² private room has a comfy bed, workspace, and wardrobe – ideal for relaxing. The city center, supermarket, and metro (20 min to Rotterdam Central) are nearby. I work full-time outside Rotterdam (2 PM–10 PM), so it’s quiet during the day. Fancy a beach break? The metro takes you to Hoek van Holland in just six stops – and your feet are in the sand! Looking for a respectful, relaxed guest. Feel at home!

Spartement 1

In deze grote en unieke accommodatie voelt de hele groep zich thuis. Naast een luxe Jacuzzi op iedere kamer heeft ieder Spartement toegang tot de lounge ruimte waar gratis gebruik gemaakt kan worden van onze luxe massagestoelen. Tevens is er een groot dakterras waar gewerkt wordt aan een privé wellness. Aan ieder bezoek wordt een waardeborg gehanteerd. Deze kost €200 en krijgt u retour bij uitchecken. Wij hopen op uw begrip.
