Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! 6 New Hill villas is a b+b which overlooks Fishguard Bay, where guests can enjoy the view from the lounge. The property is situated on the Pembrokeshire coastal path,and is a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The host lives at the property, and the middle floor has 3 rooms, the living ,room bedroom and kitchen and the shower room and toilet are on the floor above (all rooms are private for guests ) Cereal along with milk , bread and coffee ,tea is all provided.

Central location for the whole of Pembrokeshire, beaches, cliff walks and hills only 25 mins. Our estuary great for birdwatching. This is the self contained annex to my home, but very private and quiet. Full kitchen. Double bed, washer and dryer. Garden with seating. Table for working with good wi fi. Books and boardgames. You can also easily access the north of the country. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop.

The Cwtch is a private guest suite in the garden of our home: a 1870 chapel. It is situated between New Quay and Cardigan conveniently off the A487. Guests will enjoy the light and airy room with a lovely outlook. People staying will have sole use of the hot tub and garden spaces. There is also an outside bar/kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, table top oven, air fryer, George Foreman grill and kettle. There is off street parking.
