The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

There is also a 28 tram stop 100 meters away and the Terreiro do Paço metro station is at a 5 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and AC included. Parking place available upon request at 5 minutes. Not included in your booking. The car access to the apartment is only allowed to residents and taxis

Sleep aboard a sailboat in Lisbon

Great Expectations is a exclusive “Westerly Typhoon 37” built in England in 1991. The wood interior creates a warm atmosphere that reminds an english pub. The construction quality, the materials and the design will make you feel home.. For your entertainment (or to work) you have private wifi (not shared with anyone else) and a smart TV ( with Netflix) aboard. Appartement situé à SEIXAL,petit village pittoresque dans la baie sud face à Lisbonne.L'appartement à une grande terrasse avec vu sur le taje.Le centre de Lisbonne est accessible en 15 minutes grâce à de nombreux ferrys à 500 mètres de l'appartement.Il est situé à 20 minutes des plus plages (Costa da Caparica.......) quartier calme avec de nombreux commerces,bars,restaurants......zone piétonne le long de la berge pour la marche ,course à pied,vélo.....

Fantastic River View House

River View house apartment is an elegant apartment featuring a fantastic sunny view from all 5 windows over the river. The apartment is nice and bright, with light flooding in from all sides. The location of the apartment makes it perfect for visiting the city and the surrounds (Alfama/Panteão Nacional/Feira da Ladra/Sta Apolónia Station) but without paying Chiado prices! All transports are 3 minutes walking distance.
