This newly renovated, private basement apartment is located in the heart of Preston, half a block from the hospital and the famous Oneida Stake Academy. Within walking distance to a library, a grocery store, a park, and main street. Entire apartment is newly renovated, with walk-in custom tile shower, custom cabinets, granite countertops, 65" smart TV and laundry room. Great for medical students working at the hospital. Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. There is also a full kitchen, bath, and washer and dryer. We look forward to hosting you! Safe travels!

Cozy Studio House just outside Lava Hot Springs

These are perfect little cottages to stay during your trip to Lava Hot Springs. We are located right outside of town in Lava Mobile Estates Campground. These cottages have 1 full bed. 1 twin bed. It has a half bath with no showers. TV's with Dish, air conditioning and heating. Although they don't have showers in the cottages during summer months, guest have use of our campground bathrooms with showers. We don't provide towels for the shower house so should plan on bringing one to use.

This is a peaceful place for the whole family. The home is located in the quiet heart of Bancroft and is a short 15-minute drive from the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in. You must be 21 years or older to book our place.

Home has been completely remodeled and is stocked with everything you'll need. 2 bedroom, 1 bath sleeps up to 6. Nice deck with rocking chairs, bbq grill and fire pit. Get away from the city crowds and enjoy the peace and quiet this valley offers. We have a strict NO party policy in the home. If this is your intention, please look elsewhere.

NOTE: The hot-water issue has been fixed! Self-contained unit with private entrance off the side of the house. Sleeps four in 2 comfortable queen beds. Pool table inside. Outdoor grill, firepit, volleyball and badminton on the 1-acre lawn accessed from patio doors. The main house is not rented out, but it is possible to rent both the Fun Suite and the Family Suite (which is above the garage and sleeps 9) together to accommodate more people.
