Apartment Rosa is located in the city of Krk, near the city center (700m) and near the beach (600m). The apartment has private jacuzzi, towels, a bathrobe, mini cosmetics, slippers, a hair dryer, an iron, board games, spices in the kitchen, coffee, tea, honey, sugar... If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 9+1 people at the same time in 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), one bed 90x200 and one 70x140, which have the same number of en-suite bathrooms with shower. For your little ones, the forest right next door hides every child's dream: tree houses, big toy cars and cuddly horses for riding.

Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 persons (but best for 3 persons). - Parking for your car is included in the room price. - We provide bedsheets and towels (included in the room price). - Air condition is included in the price. - Outdoor hot tub (Whirlpool) - Exclusively for this apartment only. Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
