The Island of Pag has the most indented coast of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea (270 km) and 84 km of the coast are gravel & sand beaches. The access to the island is via a ferry (Prizna - Zigljen line) or the bridge (bridge of Pag). Average monthly temperature from May to September is above 20°C. The richness of the aromatic plants - and herbs with healing properties - which grow on the island give the local food (like sheep's cheese or lamb) a unique flavour. Local industries are collecting and processing sea-salt and lace-making. The island also boasts scientifically-acknowledged healing mud. The city of Pag is the oldest town on the island (on 30th March.1244, Bela IV granted it a charter to confirm its free royal status). The town itself has 20 km of sand beaches. The city beach is ideal for sport & fun and it is appropriate & safe for children. Near the beach there are also restaurants and cafés. Do you want to spend a holiday away from noisy clubs and roads at the same time do not want to give up modern technology such as WiFi and satellite TV? Our apartments are perfect for you. We rent apartments in city of Pag. our house is located in a quiet part of town, about 300 meters from the sea. Villa Memories

This modern villa with swimming pool for 6-8 persons is located in the area of the island of Vir called Straža. Villa with a total living area of 100 m² is situated onto a fenced property of 200 m². The living area of the villa consists of 2 apartments. The first apartment is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. The second apartment is divided into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In both living rooms, in both apartments, there is one sofa bed for one more person each. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool (22,5 m²) equipped with deck chairs, parasol, and outdoor shower as well as a 12 m² roofed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Air conditioning, wireless internet access, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, baby cot and highchair and parking on the property are available free of charge. Shop and restaurant are distanced 350 m and the center of the island of Vir is distanced 2000 m. The nearest beach, beach Miljkovica is distanced 450 m from the estate.

Apartment with beautiful view, heated pool

Our family house is situated near the center of Pag, in an oasis of peace and silence. It takes you a few minutes to the beautiful beaches. In our house you can find accommodation in well-arranged apartments with big terraces with beautiful view on the sea and city, with heated pool. You can also enjoy your time in large open space with grill. Spend your holidays in our apartments and enjoy the beaches and the natural beauty of our island Pag. The pool is available from mid-May to early October.

The rooftop top on two building has sitting area and jacuzzi available for all the guests ( seasonal). The property is located in a prestigious location only 400 m away from the sea and the beach. There is also a grocery store nearby ( 50m)

Ovaj moderno i stilski namješteni studio apartman površine 33m2 idealan je smještaj za 2 osobe. On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV.
