The rooftop top on two building has sitting area and jacuzzi available for all the guests ( seasonal). The property is located in a prestigious location only 400 m away from the sea and the beach. There is also a grocery store nearby ( 50m)

A Mediterranean style apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and a garden only a couple of meters from the sea. There is a private deck in front of the house. A charming kitchen is well equipped for a relaxing stay. The aparartment has two double bed bedrooms so it can offer an accomodation for 4 people. Our guests can use a SUP to fall in love with stunning Šimuni. A beautiful beach with bars and lots of shade from pine trees is 1 min walk and a local shop is 3 min walk

Studio apartment for 2 persons is located in our family house, in the ground floor. It has one large bed, small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace in front of the apartment. The beach is just in front of the house. Bakery and stand with fruits and vegetables are 200m from the apartment. The house is located 15 minutes light walk to the town center. The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.

The apartment of 75 m2 is located in a family house on the first floor-high ground floor. The owner doesn't rent any other accommodation capacity in the house. It has a garden and is situated in a quiet street with no traffic. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
