The apartment is located in PAG, in the area called Bašaca near the sea coast and beaches, only 10 minute walk away from the city center, shops, post office, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. Only 24 km away from Novalja - ZRCE - the best 24 hour party location, and only 51km away from ZADAR, a beautiful historical city. The apartment area is 45m² and it is intended for 2 persons (+ extra bed or children’s bed). Apartment contains: - a bedroom with one double bed, balcony with sea view, table and chairs for relaxing, tv / sat, air conditioner - kitchen and dining room: fully equipped with dishes, stove, refrigerator and a dining table - bathroom with toilet and shower - bed linen is provided and changed once a week + towels on request on request – extra bed or a children’s bed - a possibility of using an outdoor terrace with grill - heating in winter - parking place

This lovely apartment is placed in the house which is located outside the city center. The house is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean vegetation. There are near the house beautiful, natural beaches (approx. 250 m). There is in front of the house a large parking. Nearest small shop is located 10 minutes walking from the house, large stores are located in the center of the town of Pag. Center of the town is a 20 minute walk where there are cafes, restaurants and other tourist offer.

Apartmán sa nachádza na druhom poschodí nového štýlového domu, bez balkóna. Je vzdialený len 50 m od mora. Pozícia je ideálna na kúpanie, či prechádzky po pláži. Apartmán je plne vybavený veľkou kúpelňou a spálňou, v menšej kuchynke však tiež nájdete všetko potrebné. Je priam stvorený pre čas strávený vo dvojici. Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

Villa on the sea with Jacuzzi & heated pool

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

A comfortable mediterranean apartment for a relaxing staying during the entire year. Situated on the first floor if offers a spectacular sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped (dish washer, microwave, blender, Dolce gusto coffee machine, oven etc.) with a dinning/living room and a spacious terrace overlooking the marina. Studio apartment for 2 persons is located in our family house, in the ground floor. It has one large bed, small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace in front of the apartment. The beach is just in front of the house. Bakery and stand with fruits and vegetables are 200m from the apartment. The house is located 15 minutes light walk to the town center. The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.
