Villa Roko is an exceptionally spacious traditional stone house in the heart of the old centre, a stone's throw from the sea. It's an ideal holiday home for large groups or families, full of charm yet comfortable and spacious enough never to feel crowded. Recently lovingly restored, the house sleeps 9, has a charming courtyard and a terrace with views of Vis bay. At night waves can be heard washing on the beach and a walkway leads to the sea just a few steps away for that essential morning swim!

Our cozy cottage is a 5-minute drive from Vis town. It is at our ecological vineyard "Fields of Grace Vineyards". It offers nature and peace. There is a large terrace, with a gorgeous sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley and gardens. Our four cats love the cottage! Our entire estate (including air conditioning) runs on solar power. We maintain an ecologically balanced environment. As such, our vineyard is also home to lovely small wildlife, such as hedgehogs, rabbits and pheasants.

The villa consists of a comfortable living / dining area with a kitchen opening out to a spacious garden terrace and swimming pool area on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom and a double room on the same floor. A staircase leads to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. This villa is air-conditioned throughout, has a private swimming pool and two parking places.

Holiday apartment with terrace

Our apartments are located in the center of Vis and about 3 minutes away from the port. The house is surrounded by a green garden and a terrace with a grill. Free WI-FI is included. The main beach, as well as many supermarkets and tourist agencies are very close. The tourist agencies offer scooters and cars for rent. There you can book a tour to the blue/green cave, or even a tour all around the island.
